Members helped out at the annual Aid to South Africa Carnival which raises money for children in HIV/AIDS orphanages and low-income schools in South Africa. SPSEA volunteers worked at the Knock-a-Can table by collecting tickets and resetting the game before each person played.

The volunteers assisted West Chester University PSEA alumna Amanda Jeane Reichert in her fourth grade science, math, and social studies classroom. The volunteers sanitized the classroom, graded science quizzes, cut science term packets and filed them into envelopes, decorated the classroom window with a quote, and hung anchor charts and posters on the classroom walls.
After School Crew
Location: Charles A. Melton Community Center
Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes every other Thursday throughout the semesterÂ

Members donated their time to develop an extracurricular activity or lesson for the students who attend the tutoring program at the Melton Center.
Breakfast with Santa

SPSEA members volunteered at the West Chester Area Day Care Center for this year's Breakfast with Santa event. Members helped serve breakfast to children and their families and worked in the craft room with students.
Relay for Life

Members who were a part of the SPSEA Relay for Life team attended the Colleges Against Cancer event at West Chester University to raise money and awareness for the American Cancer Society.
Halloween Costume Event

Church Street Festival
